Captain Bags has a simple attitude towards Terms and Conditions

We hope we treat our customers as we would like to be treated ourselves

1. We aim to ship orders same day. In reality, that means that if you order before 3:00 p.m. there is a high probability that it will be despatched that day. This is not a guarantee but rather a high priority for us. Even if you order later than that, there is a very good chance that it will go out that afternoon.

2. Regardless of point 1 - worst case scenario is that your order will be shipped on the next working day. For orders placed between late Friday afternoon and Sunday night, that means guaranteed despatch by Tuesday at the latest. Bank holidays excepted.

3. If you are not happy with your purchase, send it back for a full refund. We want our customers to be happy with Captain Bags. If you have a complaint, just please email us first - see the Contact Us page. We are very reasonable people :-)

4. All orders must be paid in advance. We cannot afford to run an accounting department. This is pretty normal for any online business.

5. We accept no liability whatsoever for any damage or loss caused by your use of our products. Any such claims are limited to the value of the goods that we supplied.
